The"why"in your struggles of losing unwanted weight so we can work together to help you find out what is slowing you down from reaching your goals. We can find what motivates you and together we can create a plan to move you forward on your journey of health and wellness. 

We will get to know one another and find out if working together is the right fit for us and which program is right for you.

Pantry Makeover
1 Hour - US $200.00

Do you want to start the change but you're looking for that extra push to get you going? Alex can help! Pantry makeovers are a wonderful way to facilitate change in your eating and cooking habits. It is important to know what you have in your own pantry. Knowing what is good and what is not so good gives you the power, as an individual and as a consumer, to get your life on track.

The Pantry Makeover will consist of: First, (optional) checking out your pantry, discussing why we buy certain products and finding some alternatives to your favorite picks. Second, we will take a trip to our favorite local farmer's market or grocery store and buy groceries and products to replenish your pantry. A Pantry Makeover is an essential step in reaching your ultimate goals of health and wellness.

Nutrition and Meal Plans
2 Hours - US $300.00, In-person, By Phone, Online, Video Call 

Ready to take control of your health, lose the weight or address a health concern?
 

First session: We will spend spend approximately 1 hour completing a comprehensive intake. I will ask a series of questions so I can customize a meal plan and approach to meet the established goals you have in mind.
 

Second session: I will provide tips on how to create a meal plan, shopping list, food journal, behavioral approach, etc... Approximately 1 hour.
 

Follow-ups after these first two sessions last approximately 30 minutes and will be used to refine the meal plan, provide support and accountability, and incorporate and improve upon the pillars of a healthy life, including sleep and managing stress.

What to expect: Meal plan tips and a follow up session will include assistance in short-term goals and planning, nutrition education, continued support and accountability with suggestions to keep you on track.
 

My availability: I make it a point to be there for my clients. It is a partnership; therefore, I want you to reach out to me via text or call anytime you have questions, and I will respond as quickly as possible.
 

How I work: I offer a whole-body approach that includes nutrition, sleep, stress, mindset and movement.

Workout recommendations can be included for an additional cost. If requested, or I can work with your Personal Trainer or Physician to deliver optimal results.

Body Work
1 Hour - US $150.00

The Body Work massage focuses on your mental health, helping with stress, anxiety, and depression. At times, life can be very stressful, and a Body Work massage can help with a reset, reducing muscle tension, reducing stress hormones, increasing joint mobility and flexibility.

This massage improves recovery of soft tissue injuries and gets your lymphatic system moving, which helps your immune system.

What to expect: A combination of Swedish massage, Acupressure points, Cupping and Shiatsu. 

Speaking Engagements
1 Hour - US $500.00

"Plus travel expenses (if applicable)"

This consists of a virtual or in-person speaking session where Alex will highlight the importance of nutrition and wellness. Alex will focus on the importance of self care, the 8 pillars of wellness, drinking water, sleep, exercise, stress, eating, the individuals environment, and the important role that this plays in wellness, self-care, and sex. Also, she will dive in to different alternative healing modalities and their benefits.

Corporate Wellness
1 Hour (0-25 Employees) - US $200.00
1 Hour (26-100 Employees) - US $400.00

"Plus travel expenses (if applicable)"

This is a 1-hour presentation with your team where Alex helps your employees understand the importance of ergonomics in the workplace and carrying these teachings home. Alex helps your work environment to function better with a lower risk for injury and chronic injuries. When the body feels better, employees are more productive and their focus for any task, as well as, emotional state is at a higher level. The mind and body work hand in hand.
